Can’t Connect My Device With Google’s Find Hub App
Step 1: Reset the Tag then try again.
How To Reset:
Press the power button two times, you can hear one beep, then press the function button four times rapidly and then hold it a fifth time until you hear a ring-ring chime, now the device is reset. Turn it on and try to connect again.
If that won't work, try the following methods (Method 5 works best)
Method 1. Restart your phone’s Bluetooth and cellular network.

Method 2. Reset your device.

Method 4. Update your phone’s software.
Step 1. Access phone settings and find “System”
Step 2. Find Software updates and open “System update”, then check for update.
Step 3. Update your phone’s system to newest system.
Method 5. Find your phone’s Google service to connect the device.
Step 1. Access phone settings and find “Google Play Services”.
Step 2. Access “Google Play Services” and find “All services”.
Step 3. Access “All services” and find “Device Connections”.
Step 4. Access “Devices” and find “Available devices nearby”. If you can see “Wireless tag”, click the “wireless tag”, then wait for the pop-up to show “Wireless tag”.
Step 5. If you can not see “Wireless tag”, you need shut down and restart the device, until you see the “Wireless tag”. Or reset your device, shut down and restart the device, until you see the “Wireless tag”. Then click the “wireless tag”, then wait for the pop-up to show “Wireless tag” and tap it to connect.
The Find Hub app doesn’t update the tag’s location.
Step 1. Verify that your phone has an active data connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
Step 2. Ensure location services are enabled on your phone.
Step 3. The tag updates its location only when detected by nearby Android devices in the Find Hub network. If the tag is out of range, updates may take longer.
